While Kids Gear ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Kids Gear is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Kids Gear reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Kids Gear decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Kids Gear considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

Kids Gear offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund.

Shipping Details

Kids Gear will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.

Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 21 days.
